How does the free trial work?
The trial lasts 14 days and does not require a credit card. You can choose a plan when you are ready.
Can I try OHMLEY without speaking to anyone?
Yes. Open the self-service demo workspace to explore fictional jobs and records, or start your free trial. You do not need to book a call.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. Company administrators can manage the subscription from Billing.
How many users are included?
Starter includes 5 users, Business 15, and Professional 30. Extra users are £5 per month, billed as £60 per year on annual plans.
Can we upload our own forms and documents?
Yes. Teams can use OHMLEY forms or upload completed PDF, Word and image documents to the relevant job.
What is a Job Pack?
A professional final PDF record that brings the job details, completed forms, selected photos, signatures and document list together.
Is company data kept separate?
Yes. Access controls keep each company’s records and private files separate, with role-based access inside the company.
