Service disclaimer
OHMLEY is a record-keeping and workflow tool for electrical and engineering contractors. It helps your team capture, store and share site records — it does not carry out inspection, testing, design or certification, and it does not give engineering, legal, health-and-safety or regulatory advice.
Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of every entry, certificate, signature and report stays with the company and the competent person who produced it. Nothing in OHMLEY replaces BS 7671, the Electricity at Work Regulations, CDM duties, or your own quality and safety procedures.
Templates, wording, prompts and any AI-assisted drafting inside OHMLEY are starting points only. Review them before you issue anything to a client or a regulator.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Our full liability position is set out in the Terms of Use.
